Nakajima & Associates IP Firm originated from Nakajima International Patent firm, a private firm.
\nFor nearly 40 years since the establishment of Nakajima International Patent Firm\u3000at\u30001985, Nakajima Intellectual Property firm has been supported the intellectual property business of domestic and foreign companies.
\n1985 was an era when intel announced the general-purpose 32-bit CPU 80386, and microsoft announced the version 1.0 of Windows. Even e-mail, let alone the Internet, is a distant dream. It was a long time ago, when I treated a 5-inch paper disc with great value, and was amazed at Japanese input on a PC9801.
\nSince the dawn of time, our office has worked on inventions in various fields by hammering the basic principles of microcomputers, circuits, and machines into our minds. As the times progressed, various derivative technologies were born, but I think the importance of the basic principle has increased compared to before.
\nTo win a patent infringement lawsuit, it is essential to identify the composition of the allegedly infringing product.
\nHowever, such suspected infringement products are black boxes and the contents cannot be seen. The only clue to cornering a suspected infringing product whose contents cannot be seen is the basic principle of the product. In other words, it is important to formulate a logic that says, “If you want to do this kind of operation, it should be configured like this,” and write claims that match it. Nakajima & Associates IP Firm would like to consult with a patent attorney who knows the importance of such basic principles.<\/p>\n
